Perth is the city I grew up in... and it’s the city my grandparents chose to make their home over 100 years ago.

My dad was brought up in Lake Street, Perth, my mum around the corner in Palmerston Street.

Everything their families had, they earned. There was no sense of entitlement. They lived for family and community and they believed in doing the right thing. These were qualities passed on through the generations.

Perth has always been the city I call home and now it’s time to put my energy and experience to work for the place I love, to reboot Perth’s heart.

I want people to be proud of Perth and I want our city to be the best it can be - for the businesses - big and small, for families, residents, shoppers, my kids and their kids! For all West Australians.

That’s why I want to be your Lord Mayor, for our city.
